Buhler Associates Patenting was founded to provide a bridge from
inventors to patents. Unlike many Patent law firms the majority of associates
worked as engineers for many years prior to practicing patent law. We
specialize in Mechanical, Electrical, process and Software patents.

Because of the experience working as engineers we are able to
communicate with our clients as engineers and not as lawyers. Many of the
members of the firm have been awarded multiple patents, and understand
the process as both council and inventor. Our major goal with your invention is to patent the basic design conceived by the inventor and to try and cover minor and major variations of the invention that a competitor may use to undermine your invention.

In addition to patentability searches, patent writing and patent prosecution,
we can direct you to companies that can assist in engineering and development of your invention from prototypes and documentation through production to allow you to present your product to potential investors, clients up to and including production.

DIRECTIONS:
Our office is located near the 91 and 15 freeway intersection.

From the interchange of the 91 and the 15 freeways take the 15 freeway
south. The first off ramp is Magnolia Avenue. Exit the freeway an Magnolia
and turn right.
The second (quick) light is Rimpau where you will make a left turn onto
Rimpau.
Our office is located about 1/4 mile up Rimpau, on the corner of Rimpau
